designed the sport style ‘playbook’ that’s sent to all main event centers instructing field managers on best practices for hiring hourly staff. this playbook features new assets i designed like window ‘now hiring’ clings for mirrors and large windows.

I designed ‘main event style bullet journals’ for the hourly, supervisor, and managers’ annual reviews. These reviews are content dense, around 100 pages. My aim was to keep the reviewer’s interest while dealing with large amounts of copy and many introspective activities.

A 6ft wide check was presented to three great managers during the intimate live portion of the 2020 annual conference. (Unlike at Dunder Mifflin, these large checks were not lions share of the budget.)
